MWAN Rivers Pays A Condolence Visit to Barr Mrs Inime Aguma
The Ibimonye Porbeni led executives and some past presidents of the Medical Women’s Association of Nigeria, on Sunday 19th of August, paid a condolence visit to Barr Mrs Inime Aguma at her residence.
The representatives of MWAN Rivers commiserated with Barr Inime on the passing of her dear husband Barr Emmanuel Aguma (Hon. Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Rivers State)
MWAN Rivers has enjoyed very warm relationship with Barr Mrs Inime Aguma who is the current Country Vice President,
International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA).
The executives presented a letter of condolence to her. They also encouraged her to take comfort in the fact that Barr Emmanuel Aguma’s life had been well lived with tremendous positive impact on Rivers people.
In her response Barr Inime Aguma thanked MWAN Rivers on behalf of the family for the love and encouragement shown her at this time. She said that the legacy her husband left behind would live on.
In the entourage was a past president of MWAN Rivers and current Chairman NMA Rivers Dr. Obelebra Adebiyi. MWAN members who visited also signed the condolence register.
